Do I have to wear a wig at the party?
The wearing of wigs at the party is mandatory. Please dress to impress!

What is the Booking Fee?
Tickets are subject to a £2.25 booking fee.

When will I receive my tickets?
E-tickets will be issued for this event - simply print your order confirmation email and bring it with you to the party in order to gain entry. Each confirmation email contains a unique customer order ID and duplicate print-outs will not be accepted at the party.

Can I buy tickets elsewhere?
Tickets can also be purchased from some London outlets; see the Wig Party website for more details.

What are the door opening times?
Doors open 6.30pm - late.

Are there any age restrictions?
You must be over 18 to attend the party.

Does the venue have disabled access?
Unfortunately Café de Paris is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the banks computers.

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
Wig Party payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, DirectPay Ltd. DirectPay will appear on your card statement.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the Management's discretion. Please apply in writing to Trinity Street (address below).
